Book Review: A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson

Seriously, this was a funny, fun, interesting and intriguing adventure to read.

The humor never stops. The two men who venture out on the Appalachian trail are unlikely characters to be attempting this journey into the wild. I have a lot of admiration for both of them. Neither being seasoned wilderness backpackers, they hike along the trail meeting obstacles and adversities with comedic banter being their flavour of conversation. Now, the movie has the best actor ever to play the main character. Robert Redford has to be the perfect person for this movie. He is so likeable and I’m so happy he is in this movie. I enjoyed the book so much and now the movie will be as enjoyable to watch.

Loved the book, completely enjoyable to read.
